การก่อตั้งและวัตถุประสงค์ของบริษัท
บริษัท จีเนียส เทคนิค เอ็นจิเนียริ่ง จำกัด เป็นบริษัทฯ ที่ก่อตั้งขึ้นโดยการรวมตัวของผู้ออกแบบและวิศวกรทุกสาขาวิชาชีพรวมทั้งผู้บริหารงานวิศวกรรม ซึ่งแต่ละท่านล้วนมีผลงานประสบการณ์และความเชี่ยวชาญในแต่ละด้านแต่ละสายงาน เป็นที่รู้จักกันอย่างกว้างขวาง
บริษัท จีเนียส เทคนิค เอ็นจิเนียริ่ง จำกัด ได้ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 11 ธันวาคม2541 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประกอบธุรกิจบริหารงานปรับปรุงต่อเติมอาคารและโรงงานรวมถึงระบบสาธารณูปโภคให้สอดคล้องกับการใช้พลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อมด้วย ซึ่งวัตถุประสงค์ของการก่อตั้งบริษัทฯ มิได้มุ่งหวังประกอบธุรกิจเพียงอย่างเดียว แต่ยังมุ่งเน้นถึงการส่งเสริมการอนุรักษ์พลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อมซึ่งก็เป็นอีกวิธีหนึ่ง ที่จะช่วยเหลือสนับสนุนนโยบายของรัฐบาลด้วย

Genius Technic Engineering Co.,ltd. Was founded by group of designers/ engineers and engineering related administrators. Each of our personnel is very proficient and has experience in each field
The organization was established on December 5,1998 with a purpose of energy, environmental preservation and services offering in tenovation work including with infrastructure system that co-ordinate with the energy and environmental. Our goals in setting up the business are not only to make profit but we also support the preservation in energy and environment.
This is also one of many ways in supporting and responding to the policy of the government
